CMX JumpStart Madrid

By: Adrian Senior on Thursday, September 20, 2007
Reader Level: Reader Level

Primary Category: DreamweaverThe latest CMX JumpStart follows the same city theme, but this time you are magically transported across the continents to Europe and the beautiful city of Madrid, Spain.

The Madrid JumpsStart is an elastic three-column layout that incorporates the use of header and footer divs. Elastic layouts are a little different than liquid layouts and are perhaps a little more awkward to work with. Not to worry: we'll be exploring the intricacies of working with an elastic layout and you'll soon be in a position to start modifying Madrid for your own ends.

The Madrid JumpStart contains all source files that were generated in its creation, from the CSS files, to the PNGs and of course the XHTML code that lies at the heart of the design. Madrid meets the W3C standards for CSS and XHTML as well as the WAI accessibilty requirements.
